Two ladies from Grande Prairie, Alberta, known as the Liquid Chicks have created their own vodka. Stoked Vodka gets its name from a very unique ingredient; hemp. Liquid Chicks Brenda Magnusson and Stephanie Cooney came up with the idea while chatting over drinks one evening. Brenda had some liquid hemp from the health food store in her fridge. Normally the liquid hemp is used for healthy skin and hair as well as numerous other health benefits, so the girls thought "what if" and decided to try a few drops in their vodka and orange drinks. They loved the taste and wondered if they could transform their home-made concoction into a marketable product, hemp infused vodka.
